Autumn Village
Autumn Village features 15 one bedroom non-smoking apartments developed to provide decent affordable housing.
The rent, which includes utilities, is based upon 30 percent of the adjusted gross income. Residents will not have to worry about utility bills, household maintenance, lawn mowing, or snow removal. Each apartment has access to community room, giving the residents an opportunity to socialize with each other, and is an extension of their living room for guests.
